Absolutely not. Unlike some of our competitors, all our storage units are inside our building.

You can access your unit 24/7/365. Reception are on site from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday but somebody is always at the unit to grant access. You will need to present ID to be allowed access and may need to pre-book your visit. Ask for details today.​

Deliveries are by appointment only and can be arranged for between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 4pm on Saturday. We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf, you must be present.

No – your unit is accessible 24/7/365. Deliveries or removals will need to be pre-booked. Always remember your ID: we need to see that before we let you in!

All units are located in our facility, covered by CCTV and (the cherry on top) we have security guards in the facility 24/7/365 everyday. We will sell you a lock for your unit too.

We require all customers to ensure the unit is properly locked using our locks. These are available at attractive rates. Nobody else has the key to that lock. Users cannot provide their own locks.

Yes – you are not permitted to store certain things such as hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, explosive or potential environmentally harmful. Ask for details.

Yes – we will not rent a unit to you unless you have insurance.

Yes we need to comply with our requirements to know our customer. This will require evidence of your identity and home address to be provided before we can rent you a unit.

Absolutely – you are welcome to use our trolleys but you do so at your own risk. Note we do not have forklift trucks available for use.
