Deliveries are by appointment only and can be arranged for between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 4pm on Saturday. We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf, you must be present.
No – your unit is accessible 24/7/365. Deliveries or removals will need to be pre-booked. Always remember your ID: we need to see that before we let you in!

All units are located in our facility, covered by CCTV and (the cherry on top) we have security professionals monitoring the CCTV 24/7/365 every day. We will sell you a lock for your unit too.
We require all customers to ensure the unit is properly locked using our locks. These are available at attractive rates. Nobody else has the key to that lock. Users cannot provide their own locks.

Yes – you are not permitted to store certain things such as hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, explosive or potential environmentally harmful. Ask for details.
Your goods must be insured during your entire booking. Our team are available to help you with booking the correct level of insurance and can help you to arrange insurance at a very competitive rate.
Security is our top priority for our customers, and this includes taking the best care of your items while they are stored at our units, However, as with any service, there is a risk of events that may lead to the damage of your items, such as flooding or fires. Insurance is standard practice for the self-storage industry and gives you peace of mind that you are covered for any eventualities.

Unfortunately, we do not offer heated self-storage facilities to our customers at this moment in time.
