Storage Licence and insurance terms
All storage business with our customers is undertaken on the terms of the storage licence entered into with us. Each customer will have been provided with a copy of their signed storage licence.
A copy of our standard storage licence is available here or on request from us. There are other documents to sign when you enter into your storage arrangement with us. These will be provided to you but copies are available on request.
Where a customer asks us to arrange for their stored contents to be covered by our insurance, this cover is provided subject to the terms of our insurance. The terms of the cover are available here and the summary here.
